I use this stuff every week for another application. Make sure you have goggles and good ventilation and it would be a good idea to wear a good chemical rated mask and gloves. The fumes of this stuff are pretty harsh and it WILL desolve your skin. I use the oven and grill cleaner from Smart and Final (yellow can). A LOT of people/eaterys use this cleaner. I use this to clean chrome and stainless with no problem, but it will definatly attack aluminum. I always wash with hot soapy water, rinse, then dry thoughly afterwards. Be carefull.
