Here is the concept. Use your tape measure to measure closer and twice, then cut once.

But a 12" long premade 2" square receiver tube, a 6" long piece of 2" square tubing, and two 6" long pieces of 2" x 4" x 3/8" angle iron.

Put 12" receiver tube on bottom, put 6" long square tube on top, and make the rear ends flush (so the receive tube sticks out 6" forward of the short tube on top of it). Put the angle irons on each side, with the 4" length vertical against the stacked tubes and the 2" angle on top, going out horizontally from the to each side of the stacked tube. Again, make all the rear ends flush. Clamp together with large "C" clamps, or very lightly tack weld together.

Look at the flat horizontal bottom of your PW rear cross member. See and measure the distance between the 4 factory holes there. Drill 4 corresponding holes in the 2" wide top part of the angle irons. Bolt receiver assembly to bottom of PW rear cross member so holes line up prefectly, adjust to fit well, then tack weld. Remove receiver assembly and weld together permanently and strongly. Bolt it to your PW and use it wisely and carefully.

The top 2" square tube lowers the receive tube far enough below your pintle hitch that both the pintle hitch and receiver can be used when both are on the truck.

DON'T WELD CRAP METAL TO YOUR PW; bolt it on instead for easy removal if the next owner things your handiwork is ugly and repulsive. You are only the current guardian of your PW, not the "owner", and you are not entitled to abuse your PW by welding crap metal to it.
