Im going to do mine that way no problem with much rust hope to make it stay that way. There is Man here been in the paint and body buisness 30 years does a lot of unusual old cars swears by por 15 showed me areas he did. hard to get a spray gun in the area and get good coverage he brushed it in and when it dried it was nice and smooth they have a catolog call 1 800457 6715. Por 15 I noticed they have primers , colored paint steering wheel repair kits and other things i hope to use to repair my 46 its hard to find anybody here to do most of that kind of work. See for yourself the catolog is free and i ve talked to a lot of people at car shos that like their products we usually have two to three a weekend here due to the size of Ft. Worth /dallas.
