It all depends upon what type of driving/activities you want to do with that truck. For starters you can eliminate f*rd, the front differential is on the wrong side. gm units are wider, but have closer together spring perches. For general use Dana 44 front and Dana 60's rear are best with the part time front axles from '72 to '85, which have disc brakes, probably being your best bet. If you are planning on hard core off roading, look at Dana 60's and 70's for both front and rear, but BEWARE!! They are big $$$$.
