A decent auto parts store will also be able to get them for you. Just give them the ID, OD (inside diameter, outside diameter) and length and you're in business.

As long as the support shaft has not eaten into the lever casting, you can simply press out the old bushings and install new. You may need to reem them (or sand a bit with emery cloth) once you've pressed them in.

When I did mine I had to replace the original support shaft and bore the ID of the levers out because the "conscientious" owner before me let them eat into each other. Still, finding bushings was no problem. You'll be surprised.
