I see a lot of spark plug problems in todays vehicles because of Aluminum cylinder heads + cheap spark plugs that break right at the end of the threads due to seizing or galling.Champion brand with extended reach threads + 5/8 hex are known for it. I feel NGK is the best plug you can buy today. Also because of much hotter fire from todays ignition + fuel management systems vehicles require changin of plugs less. I see them with very large gaps + center electrode rounded or angled from the hot fire + most of the time there is no noticable loss of power, misfire or startin problems. Then when changing hi mileage plugs they seize, gall.snap or the threads come out with the plug. Also because of the tightness of engine compartments + the higher temperatures motors run at plugs seem to seize even with neverseized threads due to chemical reaction created from dissimilar metals.I find vehicles that I perform spark plug servive on a regular maintainance program + coat threads with a little neverseize + tips with die electric grease do not have this problem + wires come off easily
