Yes, as long as you have the power to run it (50A startup load), the 7.5HP unit is well worth the extra money over the 5HP unit. Mine is the 3-cylinder 2-stage 80-gallon, the cost to step to the 4-cylinder pump even with the same tank for an extra 2 CFM was hard to justify IMO.
One of my favorite features, though is the whip valve that lets you run it in continuous duty mode. When I have lots of blasting to do it saves lots of wear-and-tear on the motor.
