I have a PTO I would sell, but I don't remember if it is for the "before" or the "after" transmission. It's probably for the "after" transmission which will fit your truck, but I will have to look when I get back home if you are interested.
It's been out of the trans for a long time so it will probably have to be gone through. But, seals and gaskets are cheap. Hopefully, the bearings are good. But, who knows.
The PTO requires special locating bolts which are usually missing. In addition, there is a procedure for setting back lash that must be followed.
Depending on the condition of your clutch and transmission, you may be better off finding a complete transmission and PTO.
It's going to be easier to put the PTO on if the transmission is already out of the truck for some other reason.
