It's a WC51 which was identical to the WC52 but did not have the front winch and was only 167 inches long vs. the WC52's 176.5 inches. It sat on a 98-inch wheelbase. A total of 23,164 of the 51s and 10,856 of the 52s were built between 1942 and 1945.
The WC53 had a carryall body and a 114-inch wheelbase. A total of 8,400 were built in 1942 and 1943.
The WC56 and WC57 were command reconnaissance
The WC58 was the command car with radio gear
The WC 54 and64 were ambulances
The WC55 was a 37mm gun motor carriage
The WC59 and 61 were telephone installation
