After doing a lot of searching and reading about converting to a 2 barrel, I purchased a Weber 32/36 DGV with a manual choke, adapter and round filter kit from Langdonsstovebolt.com and it was a simple bolt on. I removed the butterfly in my governor and bolted the adapter to it. Before shipping Langdons verified the engine I was putting it on (251 CI) and installed the jets in the Weber to match the jets on a 6 cylinder Jeep. I put over 500 miles on my Carryall going to the rally in Fairfield and it really made a big difference. The truck starts easier cold or hot. With 4.89's I can now get to 60 at around 2900 RPM in a shorter distance. The 251 is not a V8 or 4BT but with the Weber Progressive 2 barrel it seems to have a few more horses and is a lot better at climbing hills on the highway.
