Start the engine cold with the radiator cap off and see if there are any bubbles coming up in the coolant. Maybe, get a check done for exhaust gases in the coolant.

Or, you may just have a garden variety overheating problem. What did the temp gauge say? If you don't have one, get one before you lose your money-making machine.
