I get the impression that the beads work well and can smooth out the ride with a reasonably round and balanced tire.
But for a more significant shake/shimmy/death shimmy there needs to be more diagnosis of the problem, such as an out of round or very unbalanced tire.
How hard was it to put the beads in? You said in another post you used aquarium tubing?
I will be posting soon about my recent front end shake problem and solution.
