Front yard about 50%, plus Waltonia River Court gone. Kiewit did a wonderful job of boosting boulders out of the bed and back towards where the court had been, now they have a rough dirt road for access. Fema came across with $12K for them, but only full time residents got that. It would take $200k to restore the road. Now even more of his front yard is between road and river. The water auto-launched his #2 boat and trailer, down the river. After three days him, wifey and dogs got the free helicopter ride out. His daugter had hiked out tot he south on day two, had to get back to med school.
Another niece in Greeley had minor inconvenience, had to take a day off from the animal labs at CSU Ft Collins.
