From the Dodge site the only one available is the Challenger SRT8. Due to the Multi-displacement feature you can't really put a manual behind the 5.7. Even then the 6.4 is a non-MDS version specifically for the manual.
Not sure why the Charger SRT8 isn't available that way, same drivetrain, but maybe there just isn't enough demand.
Though I'd still wait for the 2015 versions either way.
