I plan on registering my truck that has matching frame and cab numbers before doing anything. After that I hope to put the cab "with VIN" onto a good frame. My state only needs a bill of sale, but a vin check from a state rep "cop" if it is the first time I registered the vehicle. Might be an issue of safety with the cop, but I will deal with that if it happens.
