Registry Question

I have, what I think, is a '51/51 FFPW. The frame is toast. The engine is a maybe. The cab is usable with a readable number on the drivers door. The bed is farmerized and too long and too heavy.

I have a replacement frame, thanks to Glen in ID. When I get these items all back together I will have an original engine, an original cab, and a donor frame.

My question is, what number should I use to register the PW?
