seems like there is room to drill the pw pattern centers but they only have to 5/8s or so and seems there is room to bore the center to the pw hub diametr which behind the flange is

remember the idea is to mount on the back of the wheel flange probably with a spacer but it would bolt thru the hub wheel flange(hiding the heads in the spacer needed to replace the drum thickness)thru the spacer and to the rotor
