Jacks show up occasionally on Ebay for $100 plus. The original wrench is not really a lug wrench, but an extended socket affair with a t-bar type handle. They are pretty easy to find since many Dodge trucks used them. You will find a heavy truck cross-type lug wrench much more useful around the shop.
Clint Dixon has a drawing of all the extra pieces that came with the FFPW. I'm don't know where to find it. Someone else probably knows.
I looked at the T137.com site where Clint's web page is hosted. I didn't see the list of accessory parts. Maybe, Clint will post that one there too.
