Been through the rockers already with nothing out of the ordinary (visually)...checked all of the rods and none appeared bent (without removal). Im not sure on the dwell, but I have the exact same symptom using 2 different distributors.

I was going to do a compression check before pulling the heads and depending on what I find there, I may just yank the whole thing and throw these other heads on the 327 (only real reason I swapped motors was to get the serpentine accessories...and the 327 was ALOT of motor) though It would be MUCH faster just to leave the bottom in and swap heads.

I did use the high zinc additive when I put this motor back together and in every oil change since.
