If you rebuilt the front end, and knuckles were adjusted to 28 foot pounds, with good tie rod ends, then problem is probably tires and balancing. Drive truck until flat spots are worked out, then jack the tires about a 1/4 inch off surface and rotate. 1/16 inch is limit for out of round condition.
