As a owner of both the FFPW and M37, there is no comparison to the ride quality. The M37 wins all the time. I also feel the M37 is more capable off road is its shorter and easier to get around.
In my opinion the market for Restored to original Military is somewhat limited. However, a highly modified (re-power, lockers, Disks and PS) among a few things will command a high price. All depends on the condition of the M37 after modification.
