The original question was is there a company out there that stamps new tags for his model truck. The fact that they were hand stamped was irrelevant. Any company that did that sort of work should be set up for any style of stamping.
The discussion devolved into ways he could do it himself and only at that point would the style of stamping be relevant. Hopefully the original poster has contacted the tag company shared below and got a yes or no answer.
Other speculation about the type of stamp needed or the legality of remaking a tag are outside the scope of the original question if you want to talk about getting buried in minutiae. Interesting stuff, but not exactly what the original poster asked for.
