Yes, they fit. I have the dually fenders on mine now & there's lots of clearance. There's only maybe a 1/2" space between the tires but my 2011 3500 only has a 1/2" space with the 245x70R19.5's & I've towed over 10 Ton with it without any problem so I think it's fine but a guy could always run a spacer if he was so inclined.
The early 6 lug W300 dually's are a tougher fit. You need a 1" spacer between the rims to run 9.00's & even with that, the tires are mighty close to the leaf springs on the inside.
Worth the work though...I wouldn't run 7.50's on a 1 Ton PW even if I got a flat & had to have 9.00's sent via helicopter from China.
