the dart really isnt a fiat. in the end the only thing fiat in the whole car is the floor pan. the american engineers didnt like the front frame fiat design of the engine suspensions support area and I think most or all the engine options are american design.. first year sales of most new designs are never that great but i think the Dart may do well next couple years. its a safer car than any in the compact class nad gets decent reviews. performace is about the same as its competition
