The doors could be worth that much if they aren't too ragged. They are the same on the civy and FFPW, aren't they? Looks like some corrosion down in the corner of the passenger door.
There's a seat in there too along with a driver's side windshield wiper motor (maybe, it's electric) and a cowl light. All-in-all, it might still be worth $400 or so to the right person especially if there's some gauges and other goodies inside.
