They are really bad by us. The Illinois River is in our town. A few local guys have come up with different ways to have "fun" with them. The carp have made the river not as much fun as it used to be. Nobody likes getting hit by a fish!! My Mom got hit the last time we went out. She is ok, but a friend had to have face surgery....
