Thanks John, I sometimes wonder if, when you call these places, you get some guy who learned the wire rope business from a 6 month crash course at some reform school, and he actually has no idea what "fiber core" is, because the letters/numbers assigned to the item includes or ends in "scwr" or "rcwr", and he is sitting there saying "lol" or "lolol" or some stupid new "text/email message world" expression for the week.
Unfortunately, here in Sandpoint, the only place I could hope to buy it would be Big R or COOP, and I would still be taking my chances, because they would order it from their computer. I guess at least I could look at what they are ordering and see if it say "rcwr".
I'll check AW Direct. I just got their new catalog in the mail 2 days ago. And I'm going to call the guy Dave Sherman told me about.
These guys know what equipment is all about.
