OK, so I opened up the PS line filter and cleaned out some fines (stuck to magnet), nothing that caused me a great deal ow worry.

With the flanges off I started the truck and while setting still on epoxy coated concrete, I turned the wheels left to right. Left turn was great, right just past straight started the bind and pump/belt squall. With the wheel turned right I grabbed each of the outer axle and they were free in movement and able to turn, so no axle shaft binding.

I jacked the right tire off the ground and repeated the test, no problems turning. I put the right tire down, and then jacked the left off and turned, again no problems. With both wheels back on the ground, still the right turn issue.

So I added 10 psi to the front tires and repeated the test. Hard right turn was still there with both tires on the ground, but not as bad. Started looking for additional issues. I found the steering arm off the top of the drivers axle outer housing was loose. It was properly installed and torqued at Iowa, so I pulled each bolt, inspected, added loc-tite and re-installed/tightened.

Repeated the test again, and still have the hard right turn issue. Added 10 more psi (back up to 34 psi I use for highway/road use) and the issue is still there, just a little better than it just was. Hard to turn right, but less pump/belt squall.

So, I'm guessing my use and the sticky, low pressure highly surface confirming IROK's are just more than my steering setup can take.
