Somebody probably has the tool, but I'm guessing you will end up doing it the way we did it.
It really doesn't take any mechanical abilities to center the cover. And, that's how mechanical abilities are developed, by doing.
None of us were born mechanics. Mostly, what appears to be aptitude, is just experience.
