First you have to break the bead loose from the rim, and push it down away from the split ring. Otherwise the ring flange is locked on by the tire bead. (which makes these the safest design of split ring rims- a little air in the tube, and the ring is locked to the rim by the bead)

Then there is a notch cut into the ring about 3" from one end. Look for it, it is barely visible uder the edge of the rim. A big screwdriver or such will get the ring pried up. They do make a special pry bar for that, it has a bit of a gentle 's' bent end. But not essential. Try not to pry too much up from the rim at one bite, you can bend the ring into a screw shape.

You hardly need special tire spoons for the rest of the job. Those are for drop center rims. (non-split)

I've never used one, but some guys have a slide hammer/post hole driver type tool to break the beads. Made from a digging bar/crow bar, with heavy iron pipe on the outside. It would probably be better than a rim hammer if you have nice rims.
