agreed. even without the lockers a WC/PW/M37 has the best trail gearing, 36 inch tires, lots of arrticulation. thats hard to compare with when looking at other stock vehicles. about 15 years ago one of the offroad magazines did an article about 3 guys with Dodges. one was a FFPW with shortened wheel base to about 110 inches I think. another was a WC 1/2 ton command car with repower and Power steering, and an M37 that I think had michelins and lockers. and they were not nice to them taking the easy ways. the PW ended up on its side and the only mechanicla failure the whole trip was non stock power steering parts broke on the WC 1/2 ton. the guy who wrote the article said at the end of the trip that out of all the rubicon trips they had done, that one was the easiest with the least amount of problems.
