Seems all the "restoreable" vehicles I've ever bought over the years are "scary" at the beginnning. I bought a 72 Demon 340 last fall to restore. it looked pretty good until I started to dig into the rust spots, then it got scary, holes the size of my wrist under paint and bondo. I just have to spend the time to get rid of rot, then the car will be nice.It's all just a matter of hours behind a mig welder and hours making the body nice and straight for a nice paint job, it's all part of the fun ha ha.
