I use VDO on my M37 and W300. The speedo works great. Its hall effect drive off the speedo port on Tranny or T Case. Calibration is a snap. You need a mile run. I use I-87 where there is a measured mile. You run at any speed you desire. When you enter the mile start point, push the button on the speedo. When you leave the mile, hit the button again. Thats it and its really accurate. If you want to tweek it sightly to maybe a GPS, you can do that with the button in the program mode. Clicking will + or - by 1 mph with each push.

I buy all my gauges from egauges.com Go there, click on VDO Vision Series, then select speedo. The speedo comes without a sender dur to many different inputs. You can then choose the sender.
