This is the only picture I have from when I built it about 2 years ago. I finally got around to painting it and having the glass installed about a month ago. I would have to take measurements, but I think I used 1.5"x.125" flat bar on the bottom and sides and 2"x.125" flat bar for the top. I used a little bit wider flat bar for the top so I had enough room for the wiper motors. It wasn't too hard, just got out the inside frame and welded the flat bar in. You just have to be careful not to get it too hot like I did. Then you spend a couple of hours with the loader trying to straighten it. I wish I had more patience to wait, but I don't.
