I still have a number of things I hope to do to the truck to make it more useful. It has an interesting arrangement of ptos. There is a non-original pto on the transmission which drives a rear facing shaft to another double pto. This double pto allows for a shaft to run the front winch and another shaft to run a rear winch directly behind the cab. I removed the rear winch because it was huge. Probably at least 20k or more. I sold it to a guy who was going to haul it to Alaska. My preference is to remove the whole assembly and install an original pto and remove the extra double pto. But I struggle with the decision because I realize someone someday might own the truck who might want to add a smaller winch behind the cab. And right now everything works just fine, simply requiring engaging two ptos to run the winch instead of one.
