Anyway, as it came to me, from the factory,the cable winds in on the bottom of the spool. For my use it would work better if it could wind in over the top of the spool. Since the winch is reversible, and has a free spool setting, does it seem that I could unspool the cable and wind it in the other way, so the cable would wind over the top? Ideas?
