I thought the same thing. I don't know Chase, but he has sold a lot of really nice trucks on this page. Usually fixed up mechanically and sporting Michelin radials. One of these days, I hope he will post another nice original truck and I'll have a chance to snatch it up.
This one looks like it was a great candidate for preservation. I agree the bed liner has no place in that truck. If it were mine, that would be the first thing to go. Unfortunately, the side angle skid strips have been also been coated black rather than preserved in body color so it would be tough to return to close to original. It's a bummer, but still a nice truck.
