End of an Era

I buried my grandfather today. He was born May 5, 1918 and almost made it to 96 years old. He passed away last Sunday. He taught me a lot of things and was a major inspiration in my life. Its hard to believe he's gone. Anybody that met him told me I had the coolest grandpa ever. He will be dearly missed.

The photo is from WWII. He served in the U.S. Army and did patrol on horseback.
