Same reasons as everyone else has. It used to be good but then the original publisher sold out to some outfit that publishes lots of "hobby" magazines. They clearly wanted to invest as little as possible in well-written articles, gear it to the Autozone shine-and-accessorize crowd where you're a "mechanic" if you change your own oil, and stuff it full of ads. We already know who the few remaining major surplus dealers are and they all have websites, so there's no point in getting the mag just for a list of them. I haven't seen a copy for years now. I'm surprised it's still being published, honestly.
