It's a guide s-18 and from looking on ebay, there seems to be many configurations. I am not actually trying to restore this right now since there is so much other stuff on my plate. I will probably keep my eye out at swap-meets for similar ones for parts until I know what I am looking for and what I need. My main concern was how to remove it from the truck. Thanks for taking an interest.
