We put on another Stromberg 2 barrel and it works fine. Drove over 500 miles with it. It just leaks down after sitting and the auto choke doesn't work, even after adjusting the spring and rod.
I'm going to switch to the new manifold because my truck has a heavy, and I mean heavy ass, bed. The truck has trouble climbing long steep hills, which we have plenty of here in the Mountain State. I also plan to switch to a manual choke. While we are at it, disc brakes so I can do a better job bringing the beast to a halt.
