I would think about the difference that moving the rear tires to the front made. Was it significant?

Have you had the wheels and tires checked out by a commercial tire shop with people used to working on truck tires?

I'd drive by one and talk to them, see if they might suggest a solution.

You might look for a shop that can balance and true the whole rig while the tires are still on the truck. Do they still do that? It would be interesting to see if the problem still exists when the tires are spun up to speed while on the truck.

Are you sure the wheel bearings are set properly? I'm guessing you have a problem that could be quickly solved by one old guy working in a good tire shop.

Nice work getting your truck to the auto show. I plan on doing a couple this year. You kind of have to choose the right show. There is a Route 66 museum here and they put on a car show once a year. They are looking for older vehicles that could have traveled Route 66 when it was the "Mother Road".
