Most snatch blocks sold for use with truck winches are really too small a diameter and will put a permanent kink in the cable if used to full load. They might have the tonnage rating, but they're probably half the diameter they ought to be. 2" diameter sounds more like a clothes line pulley than anything you'd use for winching a truck.
