Hi Stan,
The 3rd leg back to the front fender is fairly common. I have parted out at least 3 utility company Power Wagons that had that. I have one of the braces that bolts to the frame and comes up underneath the fender. I dont recall if I have any of the brackets that attach to the top of the fender, but it wouldnt be hard to make something for that.
