The nice thing about buying mine from my local Fastenal dealer is that the weekly delivery truck from the Fastenal warehouse travels right by the place where Fastenal sources the Vestil cranes. This meant no shipping charges.
Yes, there is only one bearing. I like it that way as I would rather have some resistance to rotation rather than everything getting away from me and swinging downhill when the trailer is not perfectly level. Just keep the tube greased and it works fine.
