I make it a point to chalk the frame numbers before I have the inspector verify.
Plus they want to know about a 'duplicate location', the door jamb plate. I pop rivet that on instead of screws.
All that said, I got distracted while the inspector did my M101. It is registered by the "contract number" rather than "serial number". I guess they are used to seventeen digits.
