Use the + sign between the words, no spaces, then you can add spce - whatever word you don't want. So a search would look like "dodge+power+wagon" without the quotes, then depending what comes up you might need to add "-window" or similar without quotes. I haven't tried with the quotes yet, but this helps narrow the field.
