The adapter is simply an extra threaded plug for the master cylinder top, except you drill a hole in the center of it for a pipe fitting you tap and install. This fitting is so you can attach a vinyl hose to it from the pressure bleeder. Also you need to weld up or epoxy the vent hole on this particular plug.
FOr a pressure bleeder tank, you can buy one like Wayne says or make one from a garden sprayer tank. I pump it up a bit, maybe 10-15 psi, to put the fluid under a little pressure going into the MC, then bleed at the fittings at the wheels, others say starting at the farthest one.
If you have the system plumbed for a vacuum booster, with the brake line to it in a circular shape for vibration control, be sure to tap on this line near the bleeder to "help" ensure the bubbles come out.
