Okay, make it the Bremerton navy base then. Add Whidbey Island NAS, Sand Point NAS, the Jim Creek radio station, Ft Lewis, McCord AFB, and maybe PACCAR and the Port of Seattle, and we were still what one might call a "target-rich environment"
