I got the passenger side hub, rotor, pads and caliper on and in place. No problems there. Did have a little fight with installing new axle studs. Seems the hub used for the disc conversion had some issues with the studs. Thats why both my hubs only had 5 studs in them. I had to re thread one hole, and I replaced all the studs with new ones.

Then I went to the drivers side, got the hub and rotor installed. But no matter what I do the caliper will not go on the rotor with the pads in place. Looking at the passenger side, the pad on the cup side is flush with the caliper body. The problem side, the cup sits out just enough to leave a space between the pad and body. I tried to squeeze it back in with a C clamp, and snapped the clamp I turned it so much, didn't move. Then I put it in a vise and tried that, nothing. I think I got a bad caliper.

I go on duty tomorrow so Ill take it to work and see if I can do something with it, if not Ill return it and get another
